Team Caddiebike takes second place at Talamore
The 2023 Tour Championship was a close call for Team Caddiebike, led by Captain, Dylan Lancaster and teammate Scott Helfrich. As a team, Dylan and Scott finished at -9, tying the low round of the day, but ultimately missed a costly birdie putt on 18 that would have put them in a tie for the lead. Despite this, the team put in a strong performance throughout the tournament and came close to securing a win.
Captain Dylan Lancaster had a standout performance throughout the tournament. He was steady on the course and had a number of birdies that helped the team to stay within striking distance of the lead. He also had several key shots that kept the team in contention on the last hole.
Scott Helfrich also had a strong performance throughout the tournament. He was consistent on the course and had a number of birdies that contributed to the team’s low round of -9. Him and Dylan ham and egged it well all day long.
The team’s performance at the Tour Championship was a great end to the season for Team Caddiebike, who played well under pressure and were in the mix for the win all the way until the final putt. They will no doubt be looking to build on this performance and I feel like we will see this team again in the near future.
