Mark Lathan dominates Long Drive Competition

The BAG Tour Long Drive Competition is one of the most exciting events on the tour, and this year’s competition was no exception. The competition took place at the Tour Championship in Pinehurst, North Carolina at Talamore Resort, and it was won by 5 Pointz Golf Athlete, Mark Lathan with a winning drive of 366 yards.

Mark Lathan is still in his rookie season on the BAG Tour, but he’s already making a name for himself with his impressive performances. He’s known for his power off the tee and his ability to hit long drives consistently. He’s been working hard to improve his game and it paid off when he was crowned the BAG Tour Long Drive Champion this year.

Lathan’s winning drive of 366 yards was not only the longest of the competition, but also set a new record for the BAG Tour Long Drive Competition, breaking the previous record of 334 yards. His victory was a testament to his hard work and dedication to the game.

The competition was intense, with many talented players competing including names like, Cody King, Alex Hunter, Dave Bornack & Scott Helfrich just to name a few, but Lathan’s impressive drive and his consistent performance throughout the tournament made him the clear winner. His victory at the Tour Championship in Pinehurst, cements his status as one of the top long drivers on the BAG Tour and we can’t wait to see what he will accomplish in the future.

He has set the bar high and it will be interesting to see if anyone will be able to beat his record-breaking drive.
