Membership Services
By purchasing a BAG Tour Membership, you agree to the following:
– You are purchasing access to an annual membership program valid for 365 days
– This membership includes eligibility to compete in Tour events, enter points races, attend
member-only experiences, and more
– Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refund Policy
All membership sales are final. You may cancel at any time to avoid future billing. For full

Shipping/Delivery
This purchase is for a digital service, not a physical product. Upon purchase, you will receive an
email confirmation and further instructions on how to activate and maximize your membership

Event Participation
– BAG Tour reserves the right to adjust tournament formats, rules, and prizes at any time
– Members must maintain good standing (sportsmanship, conduct, payment history) to
participate
– Events may be subject to weather or course policy changes
Code of Conduct
We are a community built on respect and integrity. Any member found violating our rules,
displaying poor conduct, or acting inappropriately may have their membership suspended or
revoked without refund.
Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) Policy
By purchasing a membership or participating in any BAG Tour event, you grant the Tour full
rights to capture and use your name, image, and likeness (NIL) in photography, videography, and
digital media. These materials may be used in marketing, promotional campaigns, social media,
livestreams, broadcasts, or other content to promote and grow the Tour.
This use is royalty-free and may be perpetual unless revoked in writing under specific
circumstances deemed acceptable by the Tour.
Limitation of Liability
BAG Tour is not liable for:
– Injury, damage, or loss incurred at or during events
– Technical issues that may interrupt website or email services
– Errors caused by third-party vendors (e.g. payment processors)
Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
