Frank Garcia picks up his second Vessel Golf Bag of the season by capturing the title in yet another Putting Contest. Frank Garcia gave Zane Lewis a run for his money this year as the Flat Stick Award Winner and will certainly contend for next years title as the best putter on Tour.
