Young Phenom vs Big Country

Titans Clash in Division A

In the world of proessional golf, two rising stars have captured the attention of fans and analysts alike. Zane Lewis, known as the “Young Phenom” and Dylan Lancaster, nicknamed “Big Country”.

Undisclosed sources report that the two nearly broke out in a fist fight that had to be separated in the parking lot at an event earlier in the season. We will keep a close eye on this story as the situation develops.

In a short period of time, both of these polarizing figures have already made a name for themselves on Tour. Zane is known for his incredible talent. He has a reputation as one of the best all-around players on tour and has a steady hand under pressure. His wizardry around the greens and ability to hole a putt from anywhere make him an absolute force on the golf course. Many experts believe that Lewis has the potential to be one of the top players in the world for years to come.

Dylan on the other hand, is a bit of a different story. Nicknamed “Big Country” due to his country roots combined with his friendly and outgoing personality. Lancaster is a bit of a throwback to the great ball strikers of the past. He is known for his ability to consistenly find fairways off the tee and for his incredible touch around the greens. It’s rare you see Dylan have to put a Bogey on the card and is clearly one of the most hungry and consistent players on Tour. He doens’t have the same accolades as Zane but he has made a big impact every time he’s teed it up on Tour.

Zane is the most highly decorated player on Tour but Dylan has the edge in individual head to head matchplay events. Zane has won three straight divisional titles and been crowned Champion Golfer of the Year, 2 out of the last 3 years but Dylan won our biggest individual stroke play event of the season cashing in a $1000 paycheck at Cheraw State Park. Zane leads the Tour in Wins, Top 10’s & Most Birdies but Dylan won the Division A Matchplay Bracket beating Zane head to head for another $1000 paycheck. Zane won low medalist at the US Open Local qualifier at Duke University but… well you get it.

Needless to say, both of these guys can play some golf. Both players have bright futures ahead of them on the BAG Tour and beyond. They both bring different skills, fan bases & personalities to the table, but they both have the drive and talent that it takes to be among the best players on Tour. As they continue to grow thier game, they are sure to be fixtures on leaderboards and common household names for years to come. If you see “Young Phenom vs. Big Country”, tune in because you know its must see tv.
